Kaitlynn Bauman is the founder and CEO of NORCINA & Co., a full-service culinary and events boutique based in San Francisco. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and Bay Area local, Katilynn has worked for some of San Francisco’s most premier restaurants, including Green’s, Presidio Social Club, and Michael Tusk’s Cotogna. Katilynn is also the owner and executive chef at NORCINA and Parlor 1255, two Italian fusion restaurants serving fresh and locally sourced ingredients that highlight her love of Italian-fare, with an SF twist. Kaitlynn developed her love for Italian culture and cuisine while spending time traveling through Europe, working at some of the world’s best restaurants. A paddleboarding and biking enthusiast, she lives in Sausalito.
